Job Title: Corporate Receptionist (Maternity Leave))

Role and Responsibilities:
The Corporate Receptionist’s role is to manage the company’s facilities, ensure smooth daily office operations and perform a variety of administrative tasks.
More specifically:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, answering and directing phone calls, emails, and managing front desk operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, including coordinating with couriers and managing post office tasks
- Coordinate communication between departments and liaise with external vendors
- Maintain company records, including employee files, business licenses, and other documents
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office
- Provide personal administrative support to the CEO
- Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, and employee management processes
To be successful as a Corporate Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. You will play a key role in ensuring a productive office environment and providing essential administrative support to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist or similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong office admin skills
- Strong communication skills and clarity
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English
