Thanks to our growing expansion, we are looking for our Shop in Paros, a Team Coordinator (based in Paros).

 

• Support of the Sales Manager and the sales team on the daily business.
• Organization and supervision of meetings, appointments and presentations.
• Coordination of marketing activities with the Marketing Team.
• Creation of property profiles and other documentation.
• Perform administrative duties required such as managing the database, preparing reports, handling incoming inquiries and emails, taking minutes etc.
• Provide weekly sales/leasing reports.
• Prepare and file of legal documents.
• Customer Service support.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma. 
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Fluent in Greek and English language, written and spoken. 
• Highly motivated and team-oriented.
• Highly organized with professional communication and coordinating skills.
• Accustomed to multitasking.
