Role Description

 CARELL is seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Pérama. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer-related follow-ups, and providing exceptional service for ship repair and dry-docking clients. The focus will be on maintaining strong relationships, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring timely communication between clients and internal teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate and manage follow-ups related to customer requests, appointments, and project updates.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support the sales and management teams by providing administrative assistance and customer insights.
  • Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and providing solutions.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in the maritime or engineering industries.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
