Currently, we are looking to bring on board a qualified EU Projects Officer for the Marketing & Quality Control Department:

What you will need to do:

• Successful implementation of EU project's procedures and completion of each Projects's deliverables. Develop and manage an implementation timetable to ensure delivery of project targets to a high quality and within the contracted timeframe and budget         
• Plan project activities, supporting project leads to ensure detailed project implementation plans are in place, understood by team members and effectively implemented as scheduled
• Track progress against project's objectives, ensuring full completion as per project's work plans
• Ensure effective systems to monitor and evaluate the quality of project delivery are in place
• Ensure quality reporting of project achievements and documenting best practices and lessons learnt in the course of implementation
• Budget Management of each project, including monitoring expenditure against budget lines and ensuring funds are appropriately utilised in meeting project objectives
• Organisation and participation in relevant project development events/meetings
• Analysis of project outputs and results and submit relevant reports (financial and physical scope of work)

What skills you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics
• Master degree would be considered an asset
• Previous proven work experience in the management of EU funded projects of at least  two (2) years
• Κnowledge of EU policies would be considered an asset
• Certificate of Proficiency in English. Fluency in English, both written and oral. Knowledge of a second language would be considered an asset
• Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Outlook. Command of social media 
• Excellent communication skills, providing feedback (verbally and written), writing and reporting skills, both in English and Greek
• Responsibility, consistency and adherence to strict deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail and a can-do attitude
• Willingness to travel (Schengen and non-Schengen)
• High level of organizational skills, Multitasking, Results orientation, Team Work, Intercultural awareness and sensitivity
