About Good Life Sorted
Good Life Sorted is an online marketplace connecting older adults and their families with vetted, local Helpers who provide services such as shopping and errands, light cleaning, meal preparation, transport, companionship, and more (no personal care). As a marketplace, we recruit and vet Helpers, match them with the right customers, and provide them with technology to manage their business. We are based in London and we operate in the South and East of England.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer & Helper Experience, you will play a vital role in supporting the Customer Experience Team and ensuring a smooth experience for both customers and Helpers. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling calls, emails, and follow-ups to make sure our community receives the support they need, when they need it.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all customer and Helper enquiries, answering calls and transferring them to the right team member.
• Return missed calls promptly.
• Manage the team’s inbox, ensuring queries are responded to efficiently.
• Call customers to follow up on their Helper visits, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

About You

• You have excellent English—both written and spoken.
• You have relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
• You have a confident phone manner, excellent listening skills, and a strong empathy for older adults.
• You are emotionally intelligent and able to handle stressful situations calmly and with empathy.
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable with new software systems and processes.
• You are highly self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and a proactive, flexible approach.
• You have exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
