Administrative Secretary

SOYA HELLAS S.A., a leading industrial and commercial company in Greece, is hiring an Administrative Secretary.

The secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring smooth daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Assist in office management and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
