Key Responsibilities 

• Perform daily accounting tasks and manage month-end activities
• Assist staff accountants in performing general ledger functions
• Record and code financial transactions for department expenditures and shipments
• Verify and confirm data for given accounting systems
• Work to ensure compliance in all financial transactions
• Ensure files are indexed, verified and available in accordance with company policies, industry standards and legal regulations

About you 

• Mandatory prerequisite fluent in English
• Knowledge of standard accounting practices and terminology
• Knowledge of commercial management programs, preferably by Epsilon Net
• Exceptional financial and analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized
• Second language proficiency will be an asset
