The Role

As an Administrative Assistant, working closely and reporting to the Business Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference in a highly developing industry sector. Responsibilities include following relevant policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent and controlled work, acting as a key point of contact for the executive team, handling correspondence and enquiries with professionalism ensuring timely responses, providing support including office supplies, filing, expenses, and call screening, assisting with meeting preparation and logistics, efficiently handle travel arrangements, itineraries and accommodations, preparing documents, presentations and reports for internal and external meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, handling sensitive and 
confidential information with discretion, improving and implementing administrative processes to enhance efficiency.

Profile

  • BSc in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • 1+ years of similar working experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
