Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level secretarial and personal assistance to Management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for correspondence and phone calls, ensuring smooth internal communication.
- Manage appointments and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts.
- Organize complex travel arrangements.
- Draft meeting agendas and remind Management of key tasks and deadlines.
- Interact with incoming visitors.
- Assist in organizing events and conferences.
- Maintain accurate databases and records.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients as needed.

Qualifications:
