Receptionist (Schimatari)

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team at Kerakoll Hellas in Schimatari. As the first point of contact for the company, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for both local and international visitors while also providing administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to maintain operational continuity.
• Business Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring accurate information flow through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Meeting and Event Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and internal events, ensuring rooms are properly set up and necessary materials are available.
• Mail and Courier Coordination: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, arrange couriers, and ensure timely delivery of packages and important documents.
• Office Support: Offer general administrative support to Sales, Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Inventory and Supply Management: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring stock levels meet office needs without excess, and track inventory.
• Customer & Supplier Assistance: Support order payments, pickups, and general inquiries
• Issue & Report Management: Report facility or equipment issues and provide weekly activity reports
Desired profile
• High school graduate with a vocational training/certificate in Administrative Studies (mandatory)
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in both Greek and English (oral and written) is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general IT skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, responsive, and able to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Trustworthy, discreet, and professional demeanor
