The role includes managing day-to-day coordination, communicating with workers and suppliers, scheduling meetings, following up on invoices, and handling administrative tasks – in short, being the bridge between what’s happening on-site and what’s needed by the management team.

Requirements:

Experience in operational/administrative roles – a plus

Proficiency in Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel

Native Greek, good English

Strong sense of organization, reliability, and independent work ethic
💰 Salary range: €1,200–€1,400 gross, depending on experience
