Responsibilities

  • Monitoring warehouse stock and placing orders to suppliers.
  • Receiving and entering customer orders into the management system (ERP).
  • Preparing, processing and tracking orders.
  • Coordination - recording of technical department work and supporting travel requests (air tickets, hotel & car bookings).
  • Issuing sales documents and archiving them.
  • Managing Incoming Phone Calls and emails.
  • Support and reporting to management.

 

Required Qualifications

  • University/Technical Institute graduate in Economics.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken).
  • Very good knowledge of MS OFFICE (ECDL required).
  • Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, entries, balance management).
  • Use of ERP programs .
  • Ability to organize and adhere to strict schedules.
  • Communication skills.
