General description of the Beauty Advisor’s position :

The employee in this position is directly responsible for the consultation of end-users/customers in choosing the appropriate product/care among the portfolio of products offered by «Pierre Fabre » Greece. The employee performs its activities in specific commercial (pharmaceutical) points of sale within the schedule of visits in accordance with the established rules of the commercial (pharmaceutical) point of sale and in accordance with all the internal rules and procedures of “Pierre Fabre” Greece.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily visits commercial (pharmaceutical) points of sale, keeping accurately the defined schedule of visits.
  • Is directly responsible for the consultation of the end customers of commercial (pharmaceutical) points of sale in their selection of the most appropriate product/care among the portfolio of products offered by «Pierre Fabre» Greece.
  • Is directly responsible for the implementation of the monthly sales target objective set by the line manager, according to the strategy for the development of each of the brands of the company.
  • Is directly responsible for the implementation of the set objective to create client profiles, according to the instructions given by the line manager
  • Works hard to build up the image, reputation and awareness of end customers and pharmacists regarding the represented brands and products.
  • Uses every opportunity to initiate consultations for the end-users in the visited commercial (pharmaceutical) points of sale in order to increase the sales of the products offered by the company.  
  • Provides qualitative and specific information about the products of the company – use, supporting care, complementary products, promotions, expected results, competitive advantages, prices, and more.
  • Carries out demonstrations of our products. Provides samples and gifts, according to the instructions of the supervisor.
  • Assists the merchandising of the products of the company within the visited commercial (pharmaceutical) points of sale, in accordance with the approved standards of merchandising company.
  • Takes care of the availability and display of products and articles of the company within the visited commercial (pharmaceutical) points of sale: if necessary, loads the shelves using the products available in the warehouse.
  • In the absence of products (out of stock), informs the sales representative responsible for the point of sale through the tools
  • When there is a risk of expiration of the products on the site, focuses their attention on the sale of these products
  • Informs immediately his supervisor of the approaching expiration date of the products.
  • Maintains excellent relationships with end users of the products of the company, and employees of commercial (pharmaceutical) points of sale, which he visits.
  • Participates in different campaigns and actions (sell-out activities), organized by the company.
  • Fills in and sends to the supervisor regular reports on the work undertaken.
  • Regularly provides to the supervisor up to date market information: competition, changes in trends, user behavior and feedback, promotions and other.
  • Maintains intensive communication with supervisor, other members of the team, and the other teams in the company.
  • Shares experience, ideas, techniques, and good practices in order to help their colleagues, as well as executives at meetings of the team, in the training of colleagues and other events.
  • Actively participates in all the meetings, trainings, presentations, organized by the company in order to develop their own knowledge and skills.

 

 

 

Additional obligations:

  • Respects all corporate policies, procedures, regulations, and orders of "Pierre Fabre Greece"

 

  • When appropriate, at request of the employer carries out other activities not mentioned above in accordance with the qualification and health.
  • Comply with company Health and Safety Instructions;
  • Responsible for protecting the material means he/she has on disposal (mobile, tablette) to perform his/her work tasks;
  • Comply with all rules, procedures and instructions of the QRVI department; Participate every year in QRVI training and passes and yearly exam with minimum 80% success rate.
  • Comply with the Code of Ethics and Code of conduct stated by the Group

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIRED:

Education:

  • Minimum secondary education
