Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:

Spa Receptionist

Will be reporting to the Spa Manager

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

• Assist in the exceptional Guest Service our Hotels are renown for and all Guest request
• Book treatments and explain all features of our GB Spa, and boutiques relating to the Spa (Valmont Boutique and Perfumerie in the King George Hotel)
• Reply to and assist in all Guest Requests

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

• University Degree in a Tourism (or relevant Master’s degree)
• At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment, or in a large city Spa
• Excellent command of the English language certified at Proficiency level
• Strong people and project management skills
• Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
• Organizing skills and coordination ability
• Analytical, and attention to detail
• Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
• EU National or Greek Resident
