We are looking for a skilled Business & Data Analyst to join our innovative team. Main Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business requirements, transforming them into functional specifications for data analysis and reporting
- Develop and implement data analysis systems, collection strategies, and processes to enhance statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Create insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI to address key business questions and trends.
- Lead the development of customer-specific reports, ensuring all necessary data is included for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations that help achieve business objectives
- Oversee real-time monitoring and ensure timely reporting on performance metrics
- Consult with experienced analysts to refine KPIs and identify key performance drivers
- Communicate business targets and expectations clearly to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely action
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset)
- At least 2 years experience in business analytics in a high paced environment
- Proficient or strong Knowledge in Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence analysis
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills), Good knowledge of SQL and experience with programming languages like Python or R will be considered an asset
- Experience with PBX/CTI technology, IBM Modeler, or other relevant tools is an advantage
