Job Description:

Digital Project Assistant Manager

The Path (key areas of accountability):

• Supports the coordination and management of projects
• Communicates with company's departments regarding project needs and goals
• Contributing to the planning and development of projects
• Performs administrative tasks such as capturing meeting minutes and schedule meetings
• Keep track of and report on project progress
• Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
• Performs other duties assigned by the Project Manager orderly and efficiently
• Train end-users in new softwares
• Handle data with SQL
• Data storage, data mining, data cleansing.

Skills and Knowledge:

• University and/or Master’s degree in a related discipline will be considered an asset
• Relevant training and/or certifications as an Assistant Project Manager
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
• Experience with the Agile methodology is desirable
• Highly organised and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language
• Keen interest in technology trends and ability to introduce new products and solutions accordingly is desirable
