Key Accountabilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
• Analyze and report on supply chain data, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency.
• Design process maps and business case documentation.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Power BI to communicate key insights.
• Assist with the implementation of digital tools to enhance supply chain and logistics functions.
• Participate in meetings with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Contribute to the documentation and tracking of project progress and deliverables.
• Provide general support to the digital transformation team in various tasks as needed.

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred)
• Strong interest in business analysis, heavy industry operations and digital tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and an eagerness to learn BI tools
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and technologies
