Role:

• Develop and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models for effective decision-making
• Enhance DAX calculations for performance and efficiency in report generation
• Optimize dataset performance through aggregations, indexing, and partitioning
• Improve SQL queries for seamless data extraction and transformation
• Analyze report performance using Power BI Performance Analyzer and recommend improvements
• Implement data security measures such as Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS)
• Manage Power BI workspaces and permissions, ensuring efficient collaboration
• Automate reporting workflows using Power Automate where applicable
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts, data engineers, and decision-makers to develop meaningful insights
• Mentor junior team members and provide training on Power BI best practices

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Power BI for interactive reporting and advanced analytics
• Strong SQL skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and indexing
• Solid DAX knowledge for calculated columns, measures, and performance optimization
• Experience in business intelligence tools and data modeling for performance monitoring
• Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and support decision-making
• Fluent English
