It integrates the full scale of Deloitte's M&A capabilities, consolidates Climate & Sustainability advisory capabilities, and tightens the connection between strategy development and risk management to assist clients with navigating uncertainty and change.

Strategy & Business design (S&BD) is our strategy advisory practice, partnering with leading global companies and public organizations to drive growth in critical areas. Our focus includes Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Business Design, Growth Strategy, Commercial Excellence and Pricing.

We work closely with senior leaders, including CEOs and business unit heads, to navigate significant transitions and achieve their strategic goals.

Our work in pricing focuses on optimizing revenue and profitability through tailored strategies and transformation programs. Key areas include:

Pricing Strategy Development: Market analysis, value-based pricing, product lifecycle pricing, service pricing, and designing differentiated models like tiered or subscription pricing.
Pricing Optimization: Dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, pricing execution, commercial policies design data-driven analysis to refine pricing models.
Pricing solutions & analytics: Pricing tools, pricing analytics & insights, AI
Capability Building & Governance: Training on best practices, establishing pricing governance & operations.
Margin Optimization: Managing discounts, promotions, and analyzing profitability (GtN) for optimal pricing across portfolios.

We embed analytics and dashboard as standard enablers and provide our clients with toolkits to realize their ambitions.

#AboutYourRole

As a Consultant in our Commercial Excellence & Pricing team, you will engage with senior executives across industries, to develop innovative strategies that address their most pressing challenges. You will leverage your expertise to support decision-making through advanced analytics, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

Work with senior project members to develop hypotheses and work out plans that address project objectives;
Gather and analyze relevant information via stakeholder interviews, data analysis, benchmarking information and translate those into valuable insights
Communicate analysis and recommendations in both written and oral communication with internal and client stakeholders
Build analytics and dashboard to provide our clients with actionable business insights
Have quality discussions with clients at C-suite level, demonstrate creativity combined with starting strategy and industry knowledge;
Support the client in determining its strategy and defining the right set of initiatives & projects to execute this strategy;
Involvement in business development activities

#OurRequirements

A Master's degree or MBA in Business or Economics or in Science, Engineering or Analytics but complemented with solid knowledge of business, commercial excellence & pricing concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Proficiency in analytical and visualization software and methods: Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Fluent in spoken/written English.
First working experience or internships in business & strategy consulting, strategy/commercial/pricing or business analytical positions is considered a plus.
