ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, an innovative company in the food industry, is looking for an International Customer Service Agent.

🖋️You will be reporting to Commercial Director
What you will do:
As an International Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience and innovative solutions to an international clientele.
More specifically:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email
- Orders processing – Sales Confirmation / Proforma Invoice issuance
- Invoicing
- Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue
- Customer support
- Follow up of prepayments – balance payments
- Control and entry of commercial invoices in the company’s accounting system
- Entry of company expenses
- Communication with the suppliers about payments
- Freight payments and communication with the shipping lines to match payments
- Reporting
- Adhere to company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field of studies
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an international setting
- Fluency in English (C1-C2 level) and Greek.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
