We partner with multinational and local firms in the markets of IT hardware, IT User support, Printing, Digitization and Document Management, IP Surveillance and Security, Retail and Auto ID, Projection and Education systems.
What you will do
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email and chat support
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Manage customer accounts and create reports
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals
- Manage customers web systems
What we expect from you
- Experience working in a call center or customer-support role
- Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- IEK or equivalent degree
- Good level of English
- Good knowledge of MS office
