About the job

We are looking for a sales/customer service representative. You do not need to have experience  of the rotogravure industry as we take care of all the necessary training. What we want is passionate people that are always happy to help others when needed. What you’ll be doing

• answer to emails and calls when needed
• place customers' orders in our MIS system
• keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• create invoices and packing lists
• ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
• determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Strong focus on customer needs 
• Strong communication, problem-solving and active listening skills
• Strong written skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
