Position: Customer Advisor (phone and email)

What We Offer:
Training: Paid training program to start your career 📚
Salary: Starting from €1100 gross per month + performance bonuses💰
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, 40h, 5 days per week 🕒
Monday- Saturday shifts are 8:00-14:00 or 12:00-20:00; Sunday 10:00-18:00

Your Responsibilities:
Assist customers in Italian via phone or email 📧
Solve customer issues and ensure satisfaction ❤️
Collaborate with team members to improve our service 💪
Mantain accurate records ✅

What You Need:
EU Passport or Greek work permit🌍
Strong communication skills, fluency in  Portuguese and English 🗣️
Customer service experience preferred 🌟
