Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring Epsilon Net’s Software to customer premises (Cloud or On-Premise).

• Provide 1st level customer support services on Epsilon Net’s Software.

• Configure, troubleshoot, repair and provide accurate, creative solutions to technical issues while ensuring customers satisfaction.

• Prioritizes projects and operations tasks effectively.

   

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

• Excellent communication skills (both written & oral).

• Excellent Problem-solving skills.

• Enjoy being a team player.

   

Nice to have:

• Microsoft SQL Databases Experience.

• Familiar with Epsilon Net’s Software.

• Customer Service Experience.
