Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring Epsilon Net’s Software to customer premises (Cloud or On-Premise).

Provide 1st level customer support services on Epsilon Net’s Software.

Configure, troubleshoot, repair and provide accurate, creative solutions to technical issues while ensuring customers satisfaction.

Prioritizes projects and operations tasks effectively.
Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Excellent communication skills (both written & oral).

Excellent Problem-solving skills.

Enjoy being a team player.
Nice to have:

Microsoft SQL Databases Experience.

Familiar with Epsilon Net’s Software.

Customer Service Experience.
