Πλήρης απασχόλησηWe are currently looking for Customer Care Agent to join our Customer Excellence Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania’s Offices.
By joining this role, you'll play a vital part in enhancing the customer experience, building lasting relationships, and providing top-notch support that drives customer loyalty and business growth.
Your role will encompass:
- Manage incoming inquiries through all customer service touch points (inbound call, mails, social media).
- Conduct entries with all the required customer information in the company’s CRM system.
- Handle customer complaints through all touch points in accordance with company procedures.
- Initiate outbound calls within the customer's lifecycle.
- Work in shifts according to Customer Service working hours.
What you bring to the role:
- Experience in the Energy Sector or Service Provision will be considered as an asset.
- Working hours flexibility.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of Technology including PCs, software applications, and telephone systems.
