Starting with the role

Currently we are searching to hire a Collections Agent.

During your day you will

• Inform clients regarding their overdue payments
• Assess and negotiate with the client in debt different ways of payments for payoff or settlement of debts, according to company’s procedures
• Advise clients on alternative payment plans
• Investigate historical data for each debt and the reason behind the overdue payment
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Effectively handle both inbound and outbound calls
• Properly update customers' files and log appropriate information in the computer system

What you need to stand out

• University Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience on a relevant position
• Prior experience on energy sector will be preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
