Gerolymatos International AEBE presently requires a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team in the Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance on our range of ophthalmic products reporting to the head of customer service department.

Main responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and B2B platform in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed product information and support to customers.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with sales department to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping others and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP software and English language
