Global Operations Support Agent (German speaking)

Role:

  • Act as communication point for customers
  • Provide administrative support
  • Follow all of the processes and standards
  • Manage and track customer request via ticketing system

Requierements:

  • Previous experience (or equivalent) in customer support would be an asset
  • German C2
  • MS Office knowledge
