Β2Β Customer Service Specialist (BCSS)

We manufacture and distribute high quality safety equipment including workwear, safety footwear, gloves, head protection, fall protection, respiratory protection, and gas detectors.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and skilled professional with a customer-oriented attitude. BCSS supports customers in every phase of their lifecycle within our company, providing information, resolving issues and ensuring that the customer is satisfied. The ideal candidate is highly reliable with excellent prioritizing, organizing and communication skills.



Requirements

  • Manual process of entering orders in ERP.
  • Ensure customers receive the correct products and orders go to the correct location.
  • Verify the availability of placed orders and manage efficient handling of backorders.
  • Communicating with customers directly. This includes reading emails thoroughly and responding in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with different departments within the company to ensure that orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Organize deliveries worldwide timely and efficiently.  
  • Handling and resolving delivery discrepancies and customer complaints.
  • Work experience in an equivalent or similar position 2-4 years preferably in a multinational environment (Order Management/Sales Support/Exports/Customer Service)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Shipping/Logistics/Business or relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Native speaker of English, excellent verbal and written use is mandatory.
  • Dutch language will be considered a plus.
  • Proficient use of MS Office.
  • Computing skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in S1 ERP or similar will be an asset.
  • Team player/team worker
  • Flexible, able to easily adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail as well as speed in order to ensure that company’s records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Keep track of multiple tasks and responsibilities.
