About Marpunta Resort: Nestled on the picturesque island of Alonissos, Marpunta Resort offers a luxurious escape with stunning views, exceptional service, and world-class amenities. Our resort boasts two distinguished dining outlets: an exquisite a la carte restaurant and a vibrant buffet-style venue. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the operations of both outlets, ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management:
  • Supervise daily operations of both the a la carte and buffet restaurants.
  • Ensure consistent quality of food and beverage service across both outlets.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring they meet the resort’s standards.
  • Staff Supervision and Development:
    • Lead, train, and motivate a team of food and beverage staff.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, standards, and goals.
    • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction.
    • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
    • Foster a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas.
    • Address and resolve any safety or hygiene issues promptly.

    Requirements

    Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role in a high-end resort or hotel setting.

    Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

    In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including both a la carte and buffet service styles.

    Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
