Πλήρης απασχόλησηPERI Group, the leading international company in the field of Formwork and Scaffolding, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for its subsidiary PERI Hellas located in Koropi, Attica.
Role objectives
- Ensure a good customer experience for customers both in person and online
- Ensure the co-operation between the customer and PERI works optimally
- Be responsible for assigned task, as well as the development and communication required for it
Main Responsibilities
- Manage orders from customers/sales team/PMs in PERI Systems
- Manage customer returns in PERI Systems including creating damage reports, repair and scrap bills
- Co-ordinate with Technical/Sales teams on the exchange of equipment
- Provide quality customer service via telephone and email communication
- Book deliveries and returns in PERI systems
- Support sales team/PM
- File clean-up and closure in co-operation with vendors/PMs
- Review and correct control prints of rent in co-operation with sales team/PMs
- Book transports in PERI Systems
- Follow-up with the rest of the department for backorders and unpacked orders
Required Qualifications
- University Degree
- 1-2 years previous experience in a customer support role
- Excellent utility of MS Office
- Fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English
- Strong communication skills along with active listening and negotiation skills
- Customer and solution focused
