What’s Expected
- Provide professional and friendly service to guests
- Communicate with guests, including managing complaints and handling urgent or unexpected incidents
- Coordinate with the Reservations and Housekeeping departments to ensure timely and optimal room allocation for arrivals
- Collaborate with other hotel departments
- Supervise, train, and schedule reception staff shifts
- Prepare reports on performance and sales
- Ensure compliance with required procedures
- Focus on achieving quality and financial targets
- Proper and timely management of cash registers and daily submission to accounting after personal verification
Requirements
- Degree from a Higher Education Institution in Tourism or equivalent, domestic or international
- At least three years of experience in a similar position in five-star hotels
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable
- Proficiency in computer programs
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera)
