Innvestio Hellas, a leader in raw materials, intermediate products, and machinery for the printing, packaging, and food industries, with operations in Greece, Western Europe, and Southeastern Europe, offers a dynamic career opportunity in Customer Service. As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for ambitious professionals to join our Customer Support Department in the role of Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will report to the Customer Support Manager and will play a key role in supporting and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Candidate Profile
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), ERP systems (Softone knowledge preferred), and CRM.
- Very good command of English.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in B2B environments preferred).

Main Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently and promptly.
- Register and track customer orders.
- Address and resolve issues according to company policies.
- Build trust-based relationships with customers and quickly identify their needs for fast service.
- Meet the company’s quality and quantity targets.
- Update customer and order information in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team (back-up sales, stock monitoring).
- Provide customer service for international clients (exports).
- Identify and create new sales opportunities.
