Starting with the role:

Currently we are searching to hire a Customer Support Agent.

During your day you will:

• Customer queries’ response in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Customer needs identification and specific solutions proposal
• CRM logging of customer queries

What you need to stand out:

• University Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience on a relevant position
• Prior experience on energy sector will be preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
