About the role

There is currently a job opening “Customer Care Center Officer”, in the Customer Care Center Team. As a Customer Care Center Officer, you will be responsible for managing efficiently all Network’s Irregular Operations, while ensuring that passengers are provided with timely, consistent and clear information on a digitalized manner, during disruptions. What you will do:

  • Play a pivotal role by turning disruptions into Customer care opportunities
  • Partner with operational teams to implement effective solutions while bringing forward passenger's perspective
  • Anticipate and analyze potential disruptions, implementing proactive planning strategies to deliver a seamless digital travel experience for passengers
  • Evaluate operational challenges swiftly while making sound decisions to restore normalcy with minimal delay
  • Develop recovery plans efficiently, ensuring seamless operations and a smooth experience for passengers
  • Provide guidelines and solutions to stations and providers worldwide

 

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Tourism or any related field is required
  • Previous working experience in a customer-oriented position will be considered as a strong asset
  • Proficient in oral and written Greek and English is mandatory; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Keen on learning and using digital platforms and in house applications

 

And you have competence in:

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in real-time
  • Commitment in delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset to work efficiently with cross- functional teams
  • Dedication to rules and procedures while simultaneously being adaptive
