Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st level customer support using remote access tools for technical related issues.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and provide accurate, creative solutions to technical issues while ensuring customers satisfaction.
• Process requests received via telephone, email or ticketing system.
• Identify the type of the customer’s contract to provide the best possible solution.
• Prioritizes projects and operations tasks effectively.
Requirements:
• A degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or in the STEM field.
• Excellent communication skills (both written & oral).
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge in solving Networking issues.
• Enjoy being a team player.
Nice to have:
• At least 1 year experience providing end user support in an IT/computer-related field ideally in Support services, will be considered as an asset.
• Microsoft SQL Databases Experience.
