Taxi.Gr is driven by innovation and commitment to delivering a seamless ride-hailing experience. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Agent to ensure exceptional service delivery to our passengers and driver partners.
Role:
As a Customer Experience Agent, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experience in both drivers and passengers using Taxi.Gr. You will be a member of a highly dynamic team offering the best customer service through phone, tickets and live chat in order to promptly resolve any issue occurring, making sure that both drivers and passengers using our application feel supported any time they need it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email and chat, addressing questions about rides, reservations, policies, and services
- Booking Assistance: Guide potential customers through the booking process, including availability checks, pricing, and terms
- Driver Onboarding: Help new drivers to register through our platform, evaluate their registration files and provide them clear instructions how to use our app
- Problem Resolution: Handle complaints or concerns efficiently, aiming for timely and satisfactory resolutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience
- Feedback Collection & Sharing: Gather feedback and share it with management to enhance product and service
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the company CRM system when is needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer support experience 1-2 years would be considered as a plus
- Computer literate and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English language - both verbal and written
- Team player with interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Organised, efficient, and self-motivated, with problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, focused, and assertive with empathy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in shifts ( Mon - Sun on rotational shift basis between 07:00 am - 00:00 a.m. GR time)
