About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products. You’ll address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on the use of our innovative tobacco and nicotine products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers through email, phone, and chat (inbound and outbound).
- Respond to inquiries regarding traditional tobacco products, heated tobacco devices, e-vapor solutions, and nicotine pouches.
- Provide guidance on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring positive resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in our product portfolio and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage inquiries professionally and empathetically.
- Interest in or knowledge of tobacco and nicotine products, particularly innovative alternatives like heated tobacco and e-vapor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.

- Base salary 1045EUR gross and comprehensive benefits package.

- Remote work flexibility around all Greece.
- Rotative shitfs: Monday-Fiday, 11.00-19.00 or 12:00-20:00 (5 days per week, 40h per week).
