About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Portuguese-speaking customers. You’ll assist users by answering their questions, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them to maximize the benefits of our advanced wearable technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Help users understand and utilize the features of our wearable technology and mobile application.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Act as an advocate for customer needs and feedback within the company.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for health, fitness, and technology it's a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus.

- Base salary from 1,100EUR gross + bonuses.

- Rotative shitfs: Monday-Sunday, 10.00-21.00 (5 days per week, 40h per week).
