• Sales & aftersales Support: Guiding customers through their purchases and resolving delivery or order-related questions.
• Technical assistance: Helping customers troubleshoot and get the best out of their products.

• State-of-the-Art resources: Providing exceptional customer service and gaining firsthand experience with the latest products.

🧩 What we are looking for:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Customer service experience: Previous roles in customer support or similar fields.
• Tech savvy: Comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs, applications, and virtual desktops.
