Chorus Call Hellas SA, the Athens based subsidiary of Chorus Call Inc. USA offers Teleconferencing & Webcasting services to the international market.  We are seeking for qualified candidates with a high level of initiative skills and self-motivation for the position of:

Customer Care, Conference Specialist & Office Administration

Job Responsibilities will include various office tasks such as taking reservations, managing conferences, providing customer service, working with our worldwide based offices, and interacting with our customers. Typically, the job is diversified, and your tasks vary on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language is essential, as most communication with clients will be in English. Native English speakers will be preferred. 
  • Excellent command of Greek.
  • Studies preferably in Economics/ Business/Technical studies or any related field (AEI or TEI)
  • Technology savvy

Desirable assets:

  • Preferable previous experience with customer service or helpdesk / back-office
  • Additional languages will be an advantage (Turkish, Romanian)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and with a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn fast, thrive and lead in a fast-moving environment

You will be working in a friendly environment, receive constant on-the-job training and work within an international framework.
