Πλήρης απασχόλησηWe are looking for a team and goals oriented, customer excellence driven individual to join our Customer Excellence Team.
- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Meet personal/customer excellence team resolutions targets
- Proactively escalating queries and concerns, when necessary and following up to ensure resolution
- Working with a team of CERs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to customers’ concerns
- Excellent communication and people skills displaying a professional customer service attitude
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree will be considered as an asset
- Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude
- A strong desire to achieve departmental KPIs and goals
- Excellent communication skills, especially writte
- Team Mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
