Customer Excellence Representative

We are looking for a team and goals oriented, customer excellence driven individual to join our Customer Excellence Team.

  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Meet personal/customer excellence team resolutions targets
  • Proactively escalating queries and concerns, when necessary and following up to ensure resolution
  • Working with a team of CERs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to customers’ concerns
  • Excellent communication and people skills displaying a professional customer service attitude



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree will be considered as an asset
  • Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Excellent command of MS-Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude
  • A strong desire to achieve departmental KPIs and goals
  • Excellent communication skills, especially writte
  • Team Mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
