We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Assist users in navigating the platform and ensuring they understand all its features
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues reported by users and escalate to the development team when necessary
  • Track key metrics and work on improving overall user satisfaction and success
  • Help create easy-to-follow user guides and educational materials to support customer queries
  • Collect and analyze feedback from users to ensure continuous improvement
  • Identify potential platform enhancements based on user feedback
  • Monitor and track the progress of suggested platform improvements and communicate updates to users
  • Create and deliver platform presentations to users as needed
  • Ensure that every interaction with the user adds value to their experience

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a relevant role
  • Strong interest in digital transformation and technology
  • Good understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly
  • High level of empathy – a genuine willingness to understand and resolve user issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to work
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems is a plus
