Sales Support and Operations Executive

ICAP EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS, on behalf of its client, for a major electricity provider, is hiring individuals for the position of Sales Support and Operations Agent.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles pending contract tasks unrelated to direct sales, such as procedural matters (e.g., updates, documentation, declarations, meter readings, etc.).
  • Communicates with pending task lists to alleviate the workload of sales agents and maintain the team’s productivity.
  • Provides updates on changes from the billing department and manages daily tasks unrelated to new sales.
  • Manages Voice Orders for completed contracts, ensuring timely communication to finalize sales.
  • Processes customer-specific administrative requests (e.g., product changes) to streamline operations.
  • Handles incoming calls with prioritization over sales agents, focusing on inquiries related to contract progress, support referrals, and efficient call redirection to minimize delays and optimize team workflow.
  • Participates in company’s trainings


Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Bachelor’s degree would be an asset.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of an other language will be an asset
  • Communication skills both oral and written.
  • Organizational skills
