Job Description:
Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is recruiting on behalf of our client, customer-oriented professionals to join their IMPERIAL MLG Customer Service team for the Portuguese market. 🌍💻
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Portuguese-speaking customers 📞📧
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely support
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to maintain service quality
Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese (C1 level or higher)
- Good English skills for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 10:00-22:00 (8-hour rotating shifts)
- Ability to work independently in a home office setup 🏡
