Carwiz and Let's Drive powered by Gelasakis are seeking a Station Manager in Athens.
Role:
He will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the rental station, including staff management, reservations, and vehicles.
He will ensure that the level of customer service is in accordance with the company's standards,
He is responsible for achieving sales targets and for implementing the company's operating procedures and regulations. He will inform the Station team regarding individual and team sales targets.
Prepares the monthly work schedule in collaboration with the Personnel department.
Supervises and checks the accuracy of leases-rentals-reservations-charges-invoices-receipts.
Manages and resolves customer complaints and service requests.
Creates relevant reports for the Sales Department.
Requirements
Degree from a Higher Education Institution with a focus on Business Administration
Previous work experience of at least 3 years in a corresponding position of responsibility
Very good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
