As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll assist customers with:
• High-End Appliances: Supporting customers with a range of innovative home technology products, including smart cleaning devices, air treatment solutions, personal care tools, and modern lighting systems.
• Sales & Aftersales Support: Guiding customers through their purchases and helping with delivery, returns, or order-related inquiries.
• Technical Assistance: Helping customers troubleshoot and maximize their product usage.

• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
