POSITION: RESERVATIONS AGENT

• Check availability of cabins across all ships and itineraries 
• Proactively sell cruise packages to direct clients and travel agents 
• Upsell cabin categories, pre/post cruise services, and other available add-ons 
• Respond to availability and information requests from clients and travel partners 
• Provide detailed cruise information, pricing, and booking policies 
• Build relationships with potential customers and travel agents to encourage repeat bookings 
• Process individual (FIT) and group bookings from international markets 
• Register all bookings accurately in the reservations system (RESCO) 
• Handle all stages of the direct customer booking journey. Assist and advise passengers, manage payments. 
• Answer passenger questions, resolve concerns, and provide support pre- and post-cruise 
• Meet and welcome guests during embarkation, and assist with any last-minute needs 
• Enter and maintain booking and passenger data in the RESCO system 
• Prepare and update ship lists and manifests for each departure 

ABOUT YOU

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism / Business Studies or equivalent 
• Excellent knowledge of the English language written and verbal. Any other language is a plus 
• Computer software literacy 
• Experience in Tourism would be an asset
