The Electrical Engineer is responsible for preparing studies, cost estimations, and detailed design plans for various systems, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection. This role supervises project implementations in new and renovated stores, manages key external partners, and resolves daily technical issues within the network development department. The specialist ensures compliance with regulations and coordinates with relevant authorities for necessary documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare studies and cost estimations for projects
• Design and create detailed plans for HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, fire detection, and fire extinguishing systems
• Supervise projects in new or renovated stores
• Communicate and manage key external partners
• Monitor all technical issues, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure implementation
• Cooperate with relevant Authorities and other departments for the provision of required documents, drawings, certificates

Required Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree from a university in a relevant field (Polytechnic School or National Technical University)
• At least 2 years of experience working on industrial buildings or commercial stores
• Excellent knowledge of fire protection regulations (both passive and active)
• Experience in designing electromechanical installations using AutoCAD
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to take initiative & ownership
