Real Estate Researcher

What you will focus on

• Conduct research and mapping of areas, in order to locate plots and buildings for the creation of new branches
• Have a good knowledge of the competition and be able to evaluate their dynamics
• Evaluate the commercial and technical aspect of offered properties
• Be able to estimate the value of properties
• Conduct financial and technical study on the investment.
• Negotiate for properties in order to be leased or purchased
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, engineers, manufacturers, and others.

What we are looking for

• University degree in a relevant field; certifications in Real Estate will be considered a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position; previous role in a retail company will be an asset
• Very good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of using AutoCad desirable
• Good knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Business approach, good understanding of financial terms
• Team player
• Willingness to travel.
